Pyramid Steel is a long-standing steel supplier based in Hampshire. Founded in 1986 by the present Managing Director and incorporated in 1989, Pyramid Steel has established itself as a major supplier of Steel products and services in the Southern Counties of England. Pyramid Steel is part of the PTL Group of companies which includes Pyramid Trading, GCS Steels Gosport, Beverley Steel and PyraWeld Supplies.

With our Head Office and works based in Aldershot, our fleet of vehicles cover Surrey, Hampshire, East & West Sussex and the Home Counties daily. Our customer focused sales team are conversant in a diverse range of products from Engineering Steels to Heavy Constructional sections.

After many years experience in this industry we've learnt to recognise the growing needs and requirements of our customers and therefore one our primary goals as a business is to always adapt our products and services accordingly. We are an ISO 9001 registered firm and offer a custom made service to our building and construction clients with purpose made steel fabrications to meet specific requirements as well as the supply of reinforcing mesh, bar and products to our ground workers and civil engineers.

We supply a large range of engineering steels and alloys to schools and colleges throughout the south and are proud to have clients such as The National Trust, The Forestry Commission and the National Health Service.

Environmental Management Policy

Pyramid Trading Ltd is committed to reducing the impact of its activities on the environment and assisting our customers by encouraging them to use sustainable resources

To this end, the company has implemented an environmental management system to continuously improve its environmental performance.

In order to meet this commitment the company will pursue the following objectives:  

  • To ensure compliance with all applicable environmental legislation and regulations

  • To improve waste management practices
  • To reduce consumption of natural resources
  • To minimise noise and other nuisances
  • To assist in the management of ecology
  • To continuously assess its environmental performance
  • assist in the investigation of environmental incidents in which it is involved on operational sites

The necessary personnel and financial resources will be allocated to assist the company in meeting its environmental objectives and targets that will be reviewed as appropriate. In addition, the company will continue to raise the levels of environmental awareness throughout its workforce and to promote this awareness to its clients and suppliers.

The company is committed to operating its Environmental Management System in a manner that attains and sustains registration to the international Environmental Management Standard ISO 14001.
